Swap-It Program – No need to send your machine away for repairs! If something goes wrong and it’s under warranty, we’ll send a replacement directly to your door.
All of our warranties include “Drop-It” Protection and “Swap-It” Protection(not offered by our competitors) which means that we cover the machine even if you drop it and break it as long as it’s under warranty! AND we won’t ever make you send in the machine for a lengthy repair process, we will Swap-Out your broken machine for a working machine anytime it breaks as long as it’s under warranty and just pick up your broken one. That way you will save time in never being stuck waiting for a repair.
